for the loan on the new house,
while the old one is still for sale
and in my name.
And then my house is going
to sit there vacant. What’s to
stop someone from climbing
through a kitchen window and
trashing my property?
Frankly, this was more worry
and aggravation than I needed
right now in my life.
O.K.! It was obvious I need
to address this problem. But
here’s the catch. Who can buy
my house fast, so I don’ worry
about selling it and move on
with my life.


 

At last an answer!
I read the website about
some other folks this had
worked for. One guy had just
been laid off, the gal was going
through a divorce, another was in my situation. He needed to
move into a bigger house and
there was a couple heading
to foreclosure. Yeah right!
Give me a break. But being
curious and as much as I hate
